Can anyone suggest something for extremely brittle nails. I have tried all the strengtheners going but nothing seems to work. It's got to the stage whereby my nails as so far down it's like I'm constantly chewing them which isn't the case. I'm told it's part and parcel of the underactive thyroid I have but just wondered if there was any tips you can give me.

Had the same problem & full of ridges I used to bite them I have had bio sculpture nails they are my own nails but they look great & they are now very strong
