Mailing address desperately needed

I am living in a caravan in a field, with permission, but obviously cannot receive my mail there. Post Restante is no good as you must already have a residential address in order to apply for the service. I have no relatives nearby, and up to now I have had to make a round trip of 90 miles to collect mail from a friend who is about to move away. Is it legal to perhaps pay someone to receive my mail at their home? I was thinking of an elderly person for example, or a family, who could do with some extra money. The situation is really very difficult and I am sure that there must now be many respectable people in a similar situation to myself.

Do you have any friends or acquaintances in the local area e.g. the owner of the field who could let you use their address. It is not any problem to have something addressed c/o any other person. If they want to charge you for this then that is up to them. I would say roughly what area you are in in case anybody has any ideas or wants to help you.
