Ive been to the local store to complain about a roasting tin i bought from there a couple of weeks ago ruining our dinner and got nothing but blank stares from the staff. Basically i was making the gravy in the roasting tin from the juices of the chicken and while i ws doing this i saw silver floaty bits in it, i came to realise that it was all coming off the bottom of the tin. It completely ruined the dinner as there was no way i was going to serve it up to my family, even if my partner was doing my head in lol. I washed up and took it to the store tonight and i got no apology or anything so i want to take this further now. Does anyone know the website address? thanks

When I got home and pulled it from the card I found it wouldn't write , so I took it back along with my receipt. Customer service said " What do you expect for 29p. My reply.... A pen that writes. It is all down to fit for purpose, your roasting tin clearly wasn't. Demand your money back.

I am sorry to be negative, but don't expect much from Morrisons Customer Service.
I was in a Morrisons last year, and was near a pile of (somewhat heavy) thick flat oven tins/trays.These (for some odd reason) were not stacked on the shelf flat(horizontally) but at an angle.Someone moved something further along the shelf, and the trays(all 15 of them) cascade down onto my shin!.
The staff nearby looked at me blankly, and some even gave a sort of glare as if it were my fault, never mind the (bruised) injury i had sustained.I complained to the Customer Service Desk, where a blank looking girl could only suggest putting it in their accident book.
Later in the day I rang Morrisons, oddly enough I picked up the Customer Service Manager responsible for Hastings, who said she would contact the store and rectify the matter.
Needless to say she didn't seem interested in my bruises.
A week later we went into the store (yes to see if it had been changed) and no it hadn't.My main worry was,if a child had been under this cascade the trays would have hit them on the head.
I approached the Customer Service Desk again and reminded them of what had ahppened, and what MIGHT happen, were they interested?
Not a bit, they just made me feel like an old demeted troublemaker.
So I wish you well, just don't hold out too much hope.
