Also don't know many people called Mr/mrs./Ms England, unless it happens to be a more popular surname away from rural East Anglia!As the number of letters fit, I might go with it though.

You always amaze me at the links you manage to come up with-just one problem English has more surnames than England, so do you still think its England?I liked Ladyalex's idea of an alternative answer, but unfortunately too many letters.
