Vauxhall astra 1.4 (Nreg 1995) Hatchback heater not working

Sorry forgot to mention in my previous question that despite the engine being at normal running temp only cold air is blown into the car when the blower is switched on (blower only has max setting working @ moment) any further help greatly appreciated and again many thanks to Panic Button & darren197373 for your help!

When i turn my heater on, 1 setting nothing blows out really, 2 very very slow, 3 very slow and 4 slow. It doesnt even de-mist the windscreen fully, only halfway up. The whole car mist up very bad. When i put recircullation on and put vent to front vents it blows hard and fast as expected. The temp of the air comming ut is very hot and works ok....Can you help...
