I don't often bother with a pudding, but today ...

... I have a tin of Tapioca in the microwave

(I took it out of the actual tin, obviously)

Yes, I am ... a domestic goddess.

But does it need a blob of jam? or no?

Muller sell cold rice in little pots.
I love home made rice pudding with buckets of groung nutmeg and the peel of a whole lemon cut into fine strips. Regular stirring of the skin into the pudding during cooking makes it creamy. Slowly cooked in a low oven. Oh dear - now I feel peckish.

I know I'm a bit late - but Tapioca needs tinned prunes. Yum :)
Now you are talking - love tinned prunes, with or without custard
Tapioca and tinned prunes is what elderly people are given for breakfast to keep them regular.......trust me....I have seen them being force fed......
I think they're best with rice - but anything'll do really. Or nothing for that matter :)
No one has to force feed me craft (not yet)
I've seen an attendant in an old folks' home having a go at an old chap 'cos he wouldn't eat his prunes......I'm sure she meant well but I wanted to slap her.

Hi KM ... x

I can't remember ever opening a tin of prunes.

Sometimes, when you stay in hotels with buffet brekkies, they have prunes out. I'm never too sure what to do with them ... stick them on top of your cereal, or something ?

I'm really not sure about Tapioca with prunes ...
