ford focus unknown warning light

IN the rev counter on my 2009 focus tdci is a symbol, looks like a snowflake, lit up orange.
Its 4 degrees C outside.
Is this the 'cold weather, possible ice on road' warning light?

If not, any ideas what it is?

It is, if it gets colder the flake colour will change to red as the danger of ice on the road increses
