Anyone got some low calorie and low saturated fat recipes?
2 Answers
Hi All,
I am going to be joining Weight Watchers on Monday and want to prepare by getting some healthy recipes together that are quick to prepare as I do not get home early from work. I am feeling motivated and wondered if you have some recipes I could try.
I do not like fish except tuna, and I do not like salad foods like lettuce, cucumber, celery etc. I do not like raw vegetables either.
Otherwise I like most foods especially chicken.
Any recipes welcome, thanks xxx
