Why Do Women want to drag their husbands along to shop

Why do women take their husbands shopping! Ok if it's a family grocery shop where they need help or a big decision making shop like buying a telly etc! I was in our big shopping centre on Saturday and all the husbands. boyfriends looked totally bored! Overheard conversation, husband saying hurry up you said you only wanted a few things! Another husband standing motionless as his wife flicked through all the sale items in Debenhams I had a carefree shop as my other half went to the pub to watch the footie and have a pint, just what men should do!!

probably because the have wanted to go to a mans shop too or buy some trainers... or maybe they are there to keep an eye on how much their wife spends
