Can anyone help - my 6 year old westie had a lovely black nose but recently its started to turn pinky/brown - does anyone know why?

dojiejeanette, dimwits - speak for yerself.........lol.

Seriously, the dog needs to fly out to Brisbane, OZ and sunbathe in 45c for a month! Dont worry about cost as any vet here will take double £££s to tend doggie.
