Michael tried to stop Ric getting his job back, putting a patient's life at risk - who is saved by Ric on the operating table. Ric then turns up to his interview over an hour late and told to go. Ric then goes on the high and mighty telling Connie if she cares about the hospital she would give him his job back - which she does.

Tricia is given the all clear after her breast op, and agrees to let her spare room out to Mark
