Friday, and no Six Nations to look forward to. :-( Which in a way is not too bad, because tomorrow we have to go down to the canal tomorrow, along with all the other boat crews, for our annual refresher on 'man overboard' procedure. Then its lunch in the Stables café.

I don't like to have crunchy brekky before an early-morning dental in case I get bits in my teeth and he starts tutting, so a banana is sustaining me until I get to work!

morning all i have just yelled up the stairs for zzxxee junior to get up for school she will have to shift she has a school trip today

Crikey - running late as Perry was meowing on my pillow at five this morning...hence overslept.. and now am rushing around like a lunatic... nothing new there then !!!
