My landlord has just installed New Wave 1000 Shower, 8.5kW, BEAB Approved and I cant get it to work. Can someone tell me how to turn it on?

Have you switched on the isulation switch, thats a string/ cord hanging from the ceiling
but i dread to think what might happen, going on previous comments!

If the main electrical isolator is switched on and it still doesn't work check they left the water valve open as well. If the valve is closed, open it.

If the electric is on and the water is on and it still won't work ring your landlord.

Didn't the installer leave the user instructions?
