If I'm employed as a supevisor for 36 hours per week, can they legally only pay me the supervisors rate for 20 of those hours?

What does your contract of employment state as to your job description, hours of work and salary?

It's a friend - I'll have to find out.
I am unsure of how the legal side of hours relating to employment and things like such work but I don't see why you are not entitled for the wage for all hours worked ?
Do you only supervise for 20 hours a week?
