Capital One credit decision

Have applied for a Capital One card recently (July 25th I think?) Does anyone know how long it takes them to make a decision? I know they do an instant online one but thats only for people with major incomes I think because I was told I'd have to wait for one?

The only delay will be with their staff processing the application : every bit of information they need they'll have relatively instant access to.
Just depends when they get round to it. They should have a department where you can chase up your application.
