F A Cup replays

I read somewhere the other day that in the days before extra time and penalties, it took six replays (or maybe it was the original match and five replays) to settle one particular cup tie. Does anyone know which teams were involved?

The longest was back in the 1971/72 season when the Alvechurch v Oxford City 4th Qualifying Round tie took 11 hours to decide over 6 matches. Those matches being -
