Does Seb12345 have the right to ignore advice of AnswerBank and persist in writing his total comment in the question title box?
Probably not, but O well; nothing we can do about it.
The difficulty I have with this question, irrespective of the actions of America, is that I do not accept the concept of International Law. Although it provides a lucrative income for so-called ' academic lawyers ', the fact is that a law can only be passed by a sovereign legal body with powers to enforce that law and impose any sanctions decreed by legislation against non-compliance.

There is no supra-national legislature in existence to enforce the behaviour of one country vis-a-vis another (please don't quote the UN), so no matter how reprehensible or otherwise the conduct of one country may be against another, the fact remains that if it is accordance with the laws of that country it is legal. Those who object must have recourse to other means, diplomatic or military, but not to the law.
The tone of this suggests you aren't terribly interested in other opinions, merely in asserting your own opinion.
