Weekend Breaks with entertainment
Hi all, I have taken my Mum on a couple of Warners Weekend breaks where they obviously have lots of entertainment, anyone have any suggestions of other breaks with entertainment. Ideally this would be a 'no children' break. I have tried to find hotels with entertainment but its a bit like finding a needle in a haystack, and would like some ideas please. We are based in Essex and I am happy to drive to a nice venue. Thanks in advance.

It's a 'top of the range' resort, with a higher tourist board 'star rating' than any other resort in the country.

Thanks for the reply.
Just another thought:
Bognor Regis is a reasonable drive from Essex. (I live in Suffolk and I've driven to Bognor many times). Butlins have 'Big Weekends' (with an 'over 18s only' policy) at their resort there:

(Note that you get a choice of staying at the main site or at one of the two Butlins hotels in Bognor Regis)

yes go to Potters Holiday Resort website its near Gt Yarmouth much better than Warners which is sooo repetative which ever one you go to.
Potters provide 3 good meals a day plus this year they hav included free late night snacks, very good entertainment every night, the brochure tells all, they never advertise dont have to, try the hotel for a change from a chalet, no walking out in bad weather , but their chalets are excellent too. Brochure tells it all, believe me you wont go back to Warners.
