Does anybody know if you have you have a chance of been accepted into the USA for 5 days when you have 2 charges of ABH against your name? These happened almost 18 months ago.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moral_turpitude may help.

If it was moral turpitude you are unlikely to get into the US for quite a few years yet

If it wasn't then you can use ESTA/Visa Waiver

If you are uncertain you apply for a visa - if you get it it wasn't moral turpitude, if you are turned down it was.
My husband couldn't get in with a drink drive charge 10 years ago he had to apply for a visa at the US embassy - be very careful as they sometimes pass information on to the US - better be safe than sorry and ring the US Embassy - they will tell you yes or no! Good luck - I think you will need it!
sorry but your chances are very slight and once you ring the Embassy they have your details forever.
