Depends on the question.

However, the best way out of a life of crime, or indeed, not to enter it is always the same.

Education.

The problem is some choose not to take advantage of it.

Everyone has access to education - but there are some good schools and some bad.

The answer however, is ALWAYS education. The same applies to the Karen Matthews types of the world too.

There are thousands of sink estates all over the country where the feral offspring of dumb parents are doomed to waste away their lives because they too have had a poor education, both at home and school.

Once again - the answer is ALWAYS education. I would happily vote for an extra 1p on income tax to fund greater spend on state education. In the end we'd ALL benefit.

No it's not ! In fact loud beat music reinforces the macho feeling. The three houses that I know playing the loudest music contain the biggest trouble makers. It's a cultural thing the parents are as much to blame as the thugs.
