Re Windows messenger sign in box

Thank you Baitress for your suggestion. I have followed your advice to the letter, - but regret to say the confounded 'sign in' box still keeps popping up. If you or anyone else has any other suggestions as to how I can stop this happening every time I boot up, I should be most grateful.

Click start > run type msconfig into the run dialogue box and hit enter. then click on the startup tab, look down the list for msnmessenger and remove the tick from next to it. click OK and restart the computer.
