I doubt it. I wouldn't mind things like allergies, etc. and vital information being registered, but nothing else. I believe on visits to GP's you can actually say when you don't want things put on your record. Was reading through it the other day and it seems that you do have control on what goes on it subsequent to your details being registered.
Thanks for your replies - I have this feeling that it's well intentioned but I also feel that it could be hacked into and used to determine other things in years to come. Your GP might decide after seeing all your ailments you are too expensive to keep - in years to come some faceless wonder might think you've got so much wrong with you they could euthanise you who knows. But also if you don't go on it might a GP say he can't keep you on his books - do GP's get paid for this per capita!
