Is it on a old video cassette, a DVD on a camera, a computer file....

I could go on.

sorry i should have said its on a dvd i have not done this before so i dont want to spoil it

If you have any CD burning software already that will do it, if not download the below, install and then run it and select "copy cd/DVD from the first screen

you need a gadget called dazzle that you can buy from argos .pugs into your video recorder and computer software comes with it very easy to use
