The British Library National Newspaper Library at Colindale, north London, has copies of all newspapers (national and regional) and journals published over the last 100+ years. They will supply photocopies of old papers. Phone the British Library on 020 7412 7000. As for original copies, try antiquarian book and journal dealers (in Yellow Pages) or local museums for information.
