Good few years ago was on the Beacon hill in Leicestershire and was dxing to quite a few long distances. This car drew up beside me and I thiught is was someone come for an eyeball as we called it to meet someone. Put my window down and this man said WHISKEY LADY I PRESUME and I said yes.He then showed me this card and said We are From the DTI AND ARE YOU AWARE YOU ARE BLOCKING OUT THE FIRE POLICE AND AMBULANCE SERVICES.
They confiscated my burner but I knew my rights they could not touch the CB, Going back about 30 years ago I was fined £25.
