Not sure which topic to enter this in but:
In the 1960s we had a slide cartoon strip with a character who used to say "Makes the tea" Trying to remember is driving my wife and I mad.
Anyone remember it??

the only thing i can think of is the mad hatters tea party in Alice in wonderland. Probably way of course!
