Does anyone know if I would get help from Jobcentre plus to pay a factors bill of over £250 for building insurance...I am on benefits of £64.30 per week.

I agree with skyline. I'm sure you'll remember me pointing out that your questions would be easier to read if you put them in the right box and not all in the title box.

It would help us help you if you could tell us what a factors bill is.
What form of JSA are you on? Income based or contribution based?

I am on employment support allowance which pays the same amount as JSA.
ESA as it is known is for someone who has been signed off by their Doc as unfit for work and unfit to seek work.
Also Pea Pod is right - a factor is a company that looks after a block of flats or houses for example and does maintenance etc if and when required.
They also arrange insurance for the whole building.
