Gas Boiler Flume Blowing Into My Garden
3 Answers
Would much appreciate anyones help on this.....My neighbour uses her garage as a utiliy room. Her boiler flume points out into my garden. Whenever i am in my garden and the fan is blowing, i breathe in quite strong fumes. The severity of the smell depends on the wind but my garden is very small and i dont have the option of moving away from it. The fan is only about 6.5 ft high and just higher than my garden fence with hardly any gap between. Is this allowed? Please help?

I'm sure a plumber would be able to do this without too much difficulty - and you don't necessarily want to cause problems with your neighbours over something that can be resolved with a bit of common sense on both sides.
