I remember my Grandmother having a pint of Guiness every night as part of her routine. I like it and like a good strong dark real ale on occasions.

I only drink beer very occasionally and I wouldn't drink a pint of it... Mainly because it'd be flat by the time I finished it and I would then spend the rest of the night in the ladies as I have a very efficient bladder!

Guiness is a meal in a glass... Bleugh!

I drink pints all the time when I'm out, saves money and trips to the bar! :) Not an issue with my boyf as he's a Brewery Manager so likes to see anyone drinking beer! Some guys in the past have mentioned it, but when they realised I was quite a cheap date due to it they soon forgot about it!

I used to drink pints of John Smith's bitter and it never put the blokes off...........if you beat them at snooker that was a different matter.

one ''Girl'' who is a regular, drinks high strength real ale in a pint JUG and often goes

I allways drink pints, usually Stella, when in the pub. Allways stand my round so I'd lose out if I only drank halves and I'm too tight for that.

Thanks for your answers, replys and participation, folks.

I personally dont care too much, if girls want to have pints - yes, it does save time at the bar again, but just looks a bit un-ladylike if done whilst out socilaising with friends and family. Halfs or bottles are fine as smaller and does'nt go flat so quickly, as less to drink.
