Olive Oil .... how good is it for you?
2 Answers
I like to cook my rice by first frying the dry grains in about two tablespoons or extra virgin olive oil. Will this be bad for me in later life, or is a small amount of oil twice a week ok?

And in any case, a few tablespoons a week is not exactly overdoing it, calorie-wise, so you're fine.
