dvd maker software

Hi I have some video footage that I want to put onto a dvd. I want soem software that allows me to add a menu to the screen as well. Any ideas about some FREE software that would be able to do this. Have ofund loads that just burn the footage, but none so far that allow you to so menus as well. Thanks
