Non-striking Trade Unions

Are there any trade unions (religious or non-religious) which do not approve of taking strike action?

I work in clerical/admin.

I can't see why anyone would join them if so, as the employer would walk all over them knowing that they won't do anything about it.

Nobody likes to strike but sometimes the situation forces it.

So what you want really is the protection of a union in all aspects for the worker?

I take it you will not be accepting any improvements to your working conditions, or negotiated pay rises achieved for employees by a union then?

for a long while the RCN (royal college of nursing) had a "no strike" policy, but i believe it was changed about 7 years ago

Yes, and a fat lot of use it has done them.
