It seems that the powers that be (red labour) have decided to 'compensate' those let out early as by being let out early they are missing out on free food and accomadation.

What absolute nonsence this is. Why are people still so keen to vote for this shower in Government ? Dont people care any more ? This comes out of my hard earned money and out of yours to (If you work).

It's yet another botched "new labour" plan.

Ah didums, the poor darlings cant claim benefit. Well dont let them out then or they are likely to just reoffend anyway.

At least this pathetic scheme has been ditched by jack 'man of' Straw.
Ah, good plan. Once you have committed a crime, you are locked up for ever.

Well thought out.

For whatever reason they are prepared to vote for another ' shower ' to replace them ?

Let's face it with the present political system , it's alway going to be ... my turn .. your turn ..my turn ... between labour and the ' conservatories '

"Chuck these layabouts out onto the street with nothing and let them fend for themselves." Oh, yes, that should lower the crime rate, shouldn't it?
