I once saw on a cookery program that a guy made a shark madras. first of all does anybody know where i can buy shark meat and secondly does anybody have the recipe because i heard that if you make it like a normal medras it comes out realy rubbery or oily

If you live in or near London you could almost certainly buy shark meat from Harrods' food department. And by the way, tv shows are programmes, not programs which refers to computer software.
