europa combi boiler

My heating is working fine but my hot water runs hot and cold. the pressure is fine but i hav a flashing red light i hav turned the boiler on and off, adjusted the pressure and even turned down the temp on the hot water. i hav no manual can someone please help

Could be the Y valve needs replacing this has one leg for heating and ano for hot water you need a Gas safe fitter to do thgis job should not be too expensive

could be the valve but could also possibly be the dhw thermister or a blocked dhw heat exchanger
