pins and needles in left hand

hey guys,

i have been having pins and needles on and off in my left hand mainly fingers all day, and it got me thinking last week my left hand was aching, maybe 2-3 nights i noticed it, just an annoying ache,
anyone know what this might be??? gonna call the doctors i think tomorrow, had an ache in my left leg aswell the other day at the top
