I am planning to go with a baby 8 months old to poland without my husband.The baby has got passport and we are married but i still have my maiden name and baby my husband's.Are there any restrictions for me do I need any documents to take baby without fat

As long as you have booked your tickets in the name that is on your passport there will be no issues for you at all

The ticket is the least of the problems and is easily solved.

The problem is will the immigration authorities at either end - more likely the far end - jump to the conclusion that you are doing a runner with the child and if so what do you need in terms of documents to convince them otherwise.

Now I don't know what the chances (if any) of this happening are. I hope someone else will.

can you not change your passport to your married name now?

when travelling to Turkey last year i handed over my childs passport and my own. Passport control then had to check i was with my partner and that baby's passport had same name as his.

I would think that within Europe at least you can travel without any fear of being hindered or questioned, so long as you have a marriage certificate with you where the child's surname and his (assuming the child carries his name) links all three of you together in all three documents. In some countries it is customary for the wife not to change her name (why should she ?) so your maiden name would be no problem unless you come up against an ignorant/obstreperous official (his problem). In some countries husband, wife and children do not share a last name and siblings of opposite gender do not either - these people travel without being challenged. If you have problems then they can just as easily be in Britain as anywhere else. As an added precaution, you might take with you the child's birth certificate which, together with the marriage certificate will amply demonstrate your familial connections, albeit with you presumably under an acquired alias..
