Garden Access
I live on the end terrace and own my property. My neighbours whom I have had antisocial problems with privately rent their house. For safety reasons I chained and locked the gate between our properties at the back garden. Her son is just out of jail and her partner is an alcoholic/drug addict and they now use my garden furniture to climb over the fence. Do I have a legal right to deny them access. Their wheelie bins are at the front of the property so they have no reason to trespass on my property.

I live in a block of 4 terraces in one of the middle ones. My right of access is to walk around the back of my neighbours property to get to my own
I wouldn't agree with chaining the gate as this restricts their access. Imagine there was a fire and they couldn't get out. I I reckon you'd have a lawsuit on your hands
I appreciate the problems you are having but I think you need to speak to the people they rent it from.
