Cannot access my aol email,get screen with a big dogbowl with ALPO-6 printed on it,and the words LOGIN RESTRICTED.
Anyone got any ideas how I can get rid of it.

I have the same problem - haven't found out how to get rid of it but can get round it by going to aol.com and usinf the orange coloured mail link on the left side of the screen - the webmail link at the top gives the alpo-6 dogbowl every time. I've set a shortcut to it but it's still bloody annoying

Guessed it was a virus but how did it get in,I've racked my memory as to what I had done,the only strange thing that has happened on the aol mail was that I had a lot of returned email addresses which had not got through and not sent by me,this happened twice so I deleted these addresses from my address book.???
