Ok girls, how do they do Carrie's dark smokey eyes in the new series of Sex and the City? Any place on the web I can find this technique?

i haven't seen this new look...which one is carrie?? is it the scrummy Kim Catrall??? If you can find me a pic i'll find out for you....i have a friend who does film&TV make up so he should be able to help there.

Have a look at www.kevynaucoin.com for step by step make up lessons. He has made up most stars although I'm not sure if Sarah Jessica Parker is one of them. You will find a number of different ways of achieving the look.

uhh, cant get the link to work: well if u watch SATC, u'll know which one I mean. Its a harsh dark, dark look but very pretty.

Hi Beenee, My friend seems to think that this is a new technique coming over now from the States called Airbrush Makeup, where funnily enough the make up is applied with an airbrush!....though if you want to try and copy this look try going to Handbag.com and in the Beauty section then Tips and Tricks you'll find a Smoky Eyes section....plus they also have a streaming video clip to help you.......hope this helps!!

well, uhh.. by the time i got to my place to get dressed, i was already pretty high so didnt dare to bring a pointy pencil near my eyes. maybe ill do the eyes before the in-house drinking next time. thanks anyway :o)
