take a deep breath.. you'll be fine. you're your own person! after a while to adjust (the remote control will be where you left it, etc) you can enjoy your new life. look forwards, don't look back.

tell me it gets easier! its literally only been a few days and everything is moving so quickly! its the right thing for us to do but blimey it rips your emotions to shreds. kids are dealing fine but im going to have a crazy emotional and busy week as kids and i are moving on friday. yikes!

you will be ok kiddo i was in the same boat as you a few years ago had 4 years on my own till i met my current partner of 6 years but i loved my me time i did a few courses with the open university and had a whole new love affair with myself!!!!!

im looking forward to being my own person and having all that independance and the prospects of maybe meeting someone in the future but its scary! feel like someone hs died but i suppose im mourning a relationship and marriage i thought ide be in for a long time. im upset for the kids as i didnt want this for them and i suppose im upset as ill miss having someone, other than that im actually looking forwrd to the new start im going to have.

yep the first few weeks are daunting!!!!! but you seem to be going in the right direction look on it as a new adventure as long as your kids have a great relasionship with your ex and things can remain amicable you will be just fine!!!
