Okay - I've got a horrid cold. Not alone at this time of year I know! Thing I'm wondering is...three weeks ago I had nasty cold. It really lingered with the usual cough, sinus pain etc. Just started to clear up towards the end of last week and Wham its struck again with a vengeance yesterday. Is it the same virus? or am I just unlucky to get two in a row?

I usually have such a strong constitution and hardy ever get anything wrong with me...even when surrounded by everyone else at work who may be ill. I think I'll start the echinacea again then.
I've never had a cold.
yeh right!
With this crazy weather anything is possible. Perhaps you hadn't gotten over the first cold and thought you had, and wasn't careful in dressing exposing yourself to the elements and the cold has flared up again. I'm just guessing really.
Was that aimed at me Justin? I have never had a cold...or the flu.
