I have an over 60s bus pass in Northern Ireland, it is called a Smart Card. Can I use this card when travelling in England?

I used that pass for a return journey from Belfast to Dublin. Travel was free to Newry, and back from there, but had to pay for the Newry to Dublin part of the journey.
I have used the smart pass to travel from Coleraine on the north coast, to Dublin on the train. It can also be used on the buses.
Similarly, the bus passes issued to Seniors in England are only valid for travel in England; those issued in Scotland are only valid in Scotland: and those issued in Wales are only valid in Wales.
