VW Polo Radiator

Hi, Really stupid question I know but my manual is in German! I have a W reg 1400 1.6V VW Polo and my radiator light came on this morning and I have no idea where to put the water in!! Can anyone help?

Under the bonnet , spherical tank with steam icon on it , should have red liquid in it , with a round screw top lid.

Do not open if very hot under bonnet.
