While I'm pleased to see that Alavahalf has linked to one of my posts, I'm still rather mystified by yours!
Neither Windows Mail nor Outlook Express are email accounts. They're both email clients. (i.e. they're programs which enable you to connect to an email account). So it's impossible to answer your question relating to 'the above email account' since you've not named any account in your question!
As VHG states, your ISP (or other email provider) will have the relevant information on their website but, if you're unsure, please post again telling us which service provider you're using. (i.e. the bit after the '@' sign in your email address).
If you're trying to create a completely new email account which can be used with an email client, my first post in Alavahalf's link tells you how to create a new account with Gawab and then how to configure Outlook Express to work with it. (The procedure for setting up Windows Mail is quite similar). Again, if you need further help, please post here again.
