Mrs M works in a small office (no IT support) and somehow their email system has lost the password. and now no-one can get their mail. It is a single PC with multi users -not all of whom are savvy beyond basic use.
They can't get a reply from their account provider.
Is their any password recovery progs that are recommended.

You've not posted enough details to give an answer. nobody is going to be able to guess what "their email system" is

Bear in mind that if the password was easy to crack, then there would be no point in the email system having a password feature.
