Has anyone got a quick and easy recipe for okra curry to go as an accompaniment to a meat curry I've already cooked?

Thank you Carogirl - actually I have her cookbook and have seen the recipe. I was hoping to find a more simple and quicker recipe. But if nothing appears I will use her recipe.

Mind you Ummmm, it's quite slimey, and depending on how it's cooked can be less or more slimey.

IT'S REVOLTING AND SLIMEY!!!
No it's not. I eat it raw, eat it boiled, mix it in stews, gravies, and my favourite way is eating it fried.
I'm going to try it....
fry some onions, garlic, tomatoes in a little olive oil, till golden brown, fry the okras in separate oil, once soft, take out and drain. Add curry powder and cumin to the onion mixture, let cook on low heat for 5 mins, add okra and mix it about on full heat for 15 mins, then its ready to eat, delish!!! i make it with chicken, and lamb
