My neighbour had new gutters fitted and there seems to be a problem when it rains the water overflows down the back of the gutter and runs down the wall in places. It looks as if the gutter is high in the middle and forces the water to run away from the downpipe, also at the downpipe side the water seems ro run down the outside. In turn this means when we have a lot of rain we have lots of surface water that would normally go down into the drain. I have mentioned this to him a couple of times but no action has been taken to fix the problem is he letting himself in for damage to the property in the future.
