It is not something which I am aware of in NYC.  Whale watching is usually more associated with the city of Boston, and higher up the east coast towards Canada.

By the sounds of all your threads, you are going to be very busy in NYC, Immortal298!

I've been whalewatching from Cape Cod but as luckystrike says that's in Massachusetts nearer Boston.
