Getting the Mirena Coil removed?

Has anyone had one removed? Does it hurt as much as it does when its fitted?????

not the one you mention, but when i had my iud removed it came out soooo easy. i was having nightmares that all my insides would come out with it as i was convinced it was embedded, but honestly, it was a piece of cake.

it was uncomfortable,but i have felt worse with cramps

My wife recently had the coil removed and she says there was no prob at all......Don't worry.
